Project Lead, JJ Consulting
Trey Lewis is a Business Analyst and Project Leader with 26 years of IT experience, including 9 years focused on Epic Security Analysis and 5 years focused on Aerospace Data Center Management. A diversified professional with successful project delivery in Aerospace and Healthcare as well as an outstanding history providing business solutions and identifying process improvement opportunities.
He is able to quickly analyze data, adapt to changes and learning new concepts, in addition to being a self-motivated; detail oriented team player with excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills, he is experienced developing Smartsheet PMO environments, writing complex Excel macros and Access design/development.
Capitalizing on prior project delivery and leadership successes has enhanced my ability to provide consultation services, over the past 7 years. During partnerships with businesses, Trey has been tasked with project design and delivery, overcoming obstacles, implementing system action plans, and developing team relationships.
Senior Project Consultant, JJ Consulting
Shirley brings twenty-five years of Project Management and Project Controls experience covering the complete life-cycle of projects in the Oil & Gas, Nuclear and Transportation Industries.
She has managed numerous concurrent project teams (5-42 members each) with budgets up to 3 billion dollars and has been responsible for the development, documentation, and implementation of Portfolio/Program/Project Controls processes including; estimates, budgeting, scheduling, cost and resource loading, performance indicators (including earned value, percent complete, cost to complete, etc.), risk assessment and management, PMOC and Federal reporting as well as portfolio and dashboard set up and management for Corporate reporting.
Shirley also has over five years in Primavera implementation and integration projects including; project requirement definition and documentation, project estimating and budgeting, controls initiation, risk assessment, and project and contractual management/oversight.
In addition to her project management and Project Controls experience, she has deep expertise in business process development, accounts payable and receivable, Federal grant and Corporate hierarchical reporting structures, Capital projects and controls and purchasing/contracting processes.
